About

Isotroin 10mg Capsules Online, Isotroin Capsules (Isotretinoin 10 mg) is extremely powerful and potent acne-controlling medicine used to treat severe acne, which has not responded to other treatments including antibiotics.

Uses:

Take Isotroin by Cipla (Generic Accutane, Isotretinoin) exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.

Always take Isotroin by Cipla (Generic Accutane) with a full glass of water to prevent the capsule from melting in your esophagus (food pipe), causing irritation. Do not chew or suck on the capsule. Swallow it as quickly as possible.

Your acne may seem to get worse at first, but should then begin to improve.

To be sure Isotroin capsules (Generic Isotretinoin) are not causing harmful effects, your blood may need to be tested often. Your liver function may also need to be tested. Visit your doctor regularly.

Never share Isotroin by Cipla (Generic Accutane) with another person even if they have the same symptoms you have.

How to work?

Generic Roaccutane (Isotroin Capsules) work by cutting down the amount of oily substances (sebum) made by the glands in your skin. Isotroin capsules (Isotretinoin) will also assist in reducing the bacteria, inflammation and open clogged pores.

How to take?

Take isotretinoin exactly as your doctor tells you to. There are several strengths of isotretinoin capsules available: 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, and 40 mg. Your dose will be calculated from your weight each dose may be a combination of different strengths of capsule.

Isotretinoin is taken once or twice each day. Your doctor will tell you how many capsules of which strengths to take for each dose, and what time(s) of the day to take the doses. This information will also be printed on the label of the packs to remind you about what the doctor said to you.

Take the capsules with food; during a meal is ideal. It is best to swallow the capsules with a drink of water. Do not open or chew the capsules.

If your doctor thinks it necessary, your dose may be adjusted during the course of your treatment. If this happens, make sure you follow carefully the instructions that your doctor gives to you.

You will be prescribed a course of treatment that lasts for 4-6 months. Only one course of treatment is usually needed.

If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember (unless it is nearly time for your next dose, in which case take the next dose when it is due and leave out the forgotten dose). Do not take two doses together to make up for a missed dose.

Contraindications:

Allergic Reactions

Sotret is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to this medication or to any of its components. Sotret should not be given to patients who are sensitive to parabens, which are used as preservatives in the gelatin capsule.

Dosage:

Missed Dose

Skip the missed dose and continue with the regularly scheduled dose. Do not take extra medicine to make up for the missed dose.

Overdose

Contact a doctor immediately if an overdose with this medicine is suspected. Symptoms of overdose may include a headache, dizziness, vomiting, stomach pain, tingling and stinging sensation of the skin etc.

Side effects:

Most side effects of Generic Roaccutane appear to be dose related with the more severe effects occurring at Isotretinoin doses above 1 mg/kg/day.

The side effects may recede during continued therapy and the mucocutaneous effects were seen to be reversible with dosage reduction or discontinuation of therapy.

The most commonly observed side effects associated with Isotroin therapy are those associated with hypervitaminosis A, i.e. dryness of the mucosa, which on the lips can be relieved by the application of a fatty ointment,

dryness of the nasal mucosa which can lead to epistaxis, dryness of the pharyngeal mucosa and hoarseness and dryness of the vaginal and/or anal mucosa.

Warnings:

Do not use Isotroin by Cipla (Generic Accutane capsules) if you are allergic to isotretinoin or to parabens, or in particular if you are pregnant or may become pregnant. To make sure you can safely take Isotroin capsules (Generic Roaccutane), tell your doctor if you have any of these other conditions:

  • a personal or family history of depression or mental illness
  • heart disease, high cholesterol or triglycerides
  • osteoporosis or other bone disorders
  • an intestinal disorder such as inflammatory bowel disease, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn’s disease;
