What is Cytotam 20 mg?

Cytotam 20 mg Tablet is a nonsteroidal agent that is used in both men and women to treat breast cancer. It is also used in women to prevent breast cancer. This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant women. It is advised that you discuss all the risks and benefits with your doctor before taking this medicine.

Different types of breast cancer thrive on estrogen to grow and spread. Cytotam 20mg Tablet helps to block the functioning of this estrogen in cancer that turns metastasized. It also helps to lower the chances of breast cancer in women with a high risk of developing it.

Cytotam 20mg Tablet is not to be taken if you’re pregnant as it could potentially harm the baby. If you have a history of liver disease, cataract, stroke, or high triglycerides, tell your doctor. Your doctor may ask you to undergo mammograms and breast self-exams in order to find out if the medicine is not causing harm.

Measure Cytotam 20mg Tablet using proper measuring spoons or cups. It can be taken with or without food, according to the doctor’s directions. While taking this medicine, you may need to take several blood tests. If you have surgery or any other medical test coming up, you may need to stop using it for a short period.

Cytotam 20mg Tablet increases your chances of developing a blood clot or a stroke. If you have a breast lump, unusual bleeding from the vagina, blurred vision, liver problems, and hot flashes, call your doctor immediately.
