Avanafil is an oral drug that is used for treating impotence (the inability to attain or maintain a penile erection), also known as erectile dysfunction (ED). It in a class of drug called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It works by helping to increase blood flow into the erotic stimulation. This helps you to achieve and maintain an erection.
Avaforce is an FDA-approved medication that treats erectile dysfunction in men. Introduced in 2012, this fast-acting pill is the newest treatment for erectile dysfunction. It can start working in as few as 15 minutes and lasts for up to 6 hours. In clinical trials, Avaforce has been shown to work well for most men, no matter how long the patient has had difficulties with erectile dysfunction.
Avaforce comes as a tablet to take by mouth. For men taking the 50- mg or 200-mg doses, It is usually taken with or without food as needed, about 15 minutes before erotic activity. For men taking the 50-mg dose, and it is usually taken with or without food as needed, about 30 minutes before erotic activity. Do not take Avaforce more often than once in 24 hours.
Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully, and ask your doctor or pharmacist to explain any part you do not understand. Take Avaforce exactly as directed. Do not take more or less of it or take it more often than prescribed by your doctor. Your doctor will probably start you on an average dose of Avaforce and may increase or decrease your dose depending on how you respond to the medication. Tell your doctor if Avaforce is not working well or if you experience side effects. Ask your pharmacist or doctor for a copy of the manufacturer’s information for the patient.
Avaforcefil (Generic Stendra) works by helping the blood vessels in your penis to relax. This increases the blood flow into your penile vein, helping it stay hard and erect when you get sexually excited.
Avaforce does not cure erectile dysfunction (ED). It is important to note that Generic Avaforcefil only works if you are sexually stimulated. You and your partner will still need to use foreplay to get ready for sex -just as you would if you were not taking a medicine to help you.
Drinking alcohol can increase certain side effects of Avaforce. Avoid drinking more than 3 alcoholic beverages while you are taking.
- Grapefruit and grapefruit juice may interact with Avaforce and lead to unwanted side effects. Avoid the use of grapefruit products while taking Avaforce.
- This medication will not protect you from sually transmitted diseases–including HIV and AIDS. Using a condom is the only way to protect yourself from these diseases.
Before you take Avaforce, speak to your doctor about your health. You should be sure to let your doctor know if you have had a heart attack, irregular heartbeat, chest pain, heart failure, heart surgery, stroke, hypertension, hypotension, sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, leukemia, bleeding problems, stomach ulcers, liver damage, kidney damage, or any other medical condition. Also, tell your doctor if your pe**is has deformities or if you have had an erection that lasted more than 4 hours.
It’s important to know the medications you take and keep a current list to show your doctor or pharmacist. Avaforce can affect how other medications work. Before taking Avaforce, give your doctor a list of all the prescription and nonprescription medications that you’re currently taking.
Be sure to talk to your doctor if you take nitrates, HIV protease inhibitors, oral antifungal medications, antibiotics, alpha-blockers, medication to treat high blood pressure, or other medications used to treat erectile dysfunction. If you aren’t sure, ask your doctor or pharmacist for a list of medications that cannot be taken with Avaforce.
Initial dose: 50 mg orally as needed approximately 30 minutes before sexual activity. A maximum of one dose per day is recommended.

- back pain.
Uncommonly, may cause serious adverce effects like an erection dysfunction that lasts more than 4 hours, vision loss, hearing loss, or tinnitus. If you have any of these side effects after taking Avaforce, get medical attention as soon as possible.
This medicine is not recommended for use in pregnant women except in life-threatening conditions. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before taking this medicine. Your doctor may prescribe a safer alternative based on your clinical condition.
This medicine is not recommended for use in breastfeeding women unless absolutely necessary. All the risks and benefits should be discussed with the doctor before taking this medicine. Your doctor may advise you to discontinue breastfeeding or to discontinue the drug based on your clinical condition.
Symptomatic hypotension may occur in patients with volume depletion or patients who are treated with high-dose diuretics. It is advised to correct this condition before initiating treatment with this medicine or start the treatment at the lowest effective dose.
This medicine may increase the potassium levels in the blood (hyperkalemia). This may cause serious side effects such as fatal cardiac rhythm irregularities. It is advised to avoid potassium-rich foods (potatoes, bananas) and other medicines that may increase potassium levels (ACE inhibitors and potassium supplements) during treatment with this medicine.
• Impaired liver function
Lorsave 50 MG Tablet is not recommended for use in patients with severe hepatic failure.
• Pediatric population
The safety and efficacy of Lorsave 50 MG Tablet have not been established in children aged below 6 years. This medicine is not recommended for use in children with GFR less than 30 ml/min.
Patients who overcome a heart attack or other heart problem, high or low blood pressure, or have low blood cholesterol. Anyone have an allergic reaction to sildenafil. Anyone using nitric oxide-containing drug or nitrates, which are used, in some cases angina pectoris (chest pain). Among the most commonly used nitrates are nitroglycerine and isosorbide dinitrate. If you have angina pectoris and are not sure whether any of the medicines you are currently taking are responding to any of the above, ask your doctor for advice before using this medicine.
Store Avanafil at 77 degrees F (25 degrees C). Keep away from heat, moisture, and light. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep Avanafil out of the reach of children and away from pets.
Grapefruit and grapefruit juice may interact with avanafil and lead to potentially dangerous effects. Discuss the use of grapefruit products with your doctor.
